The Porsche 911 turbo arrived into the world in 1975 with as much 1970’s flare as you’d expect. Wider arches, larger tyres and the iconic whale tail spoiler being added. From there onwards the turbo has encompassed the more flamboyant and wider styling over the standard 911 models. The styling isn’t the only notable feature of the car, its the vast increase in power and performance over the standard car. The 991.1 Turbo produces 520 bph from the 3.8 litre flat six and does it 0-60mph in 3 seconds but Porsche is famously conservative with their number and some test have shown it can be as quick as 2.8 seconds. Coupled with the 3.8 litre engine is the Porsche PDK gearbox that offers one of the quickest shifts on the road. This example of the 991.1 turbo is finished in gloss white with a black leather interior with the Porsche crest embossed on the head rests. Other options are; Sports chrono package, adaptive cruise control including Porsche safe active (PAS), Electric slide/tilt sunroof, adaptive sports seats (18 way electric) with memory package, Transmission tunnel in rear in leather with decorative stitching, lights design package, homelink garage door opener, power steering plus, headlight cleaning system covers painted, floor mats, turbo wheels, PDK transmission and BOSE sound system.
